In 2006, the Japan Real Estate Appraisal Association (JREA) invited applications for speakers to represent Japan at an international conference of real estate appraisers. I applied for that open call. I was fortunate enough to be selected as one of the Japanese speakers.My presentation at the 23rd PPC International Conference of Real Estate Appraisers began at 11:30 a.m. on September 18, 2006.
